Contractor Marketing Terms and Conditions

PartnersPreferred.com does not provide any guarantees, warranties or representations on the number of leads to be provided to the contractor, the customer’s interest or ability to complete the work, the accuracy of the information provided or the customer’s ability to pay for the work or whether the contractor may be hired by the customer to provide the services. PartnersPreferred.com is not involved in the transaction between the contractor and the customer. It is the contractor responsibility to contact the customer, verify their creditworthiness, set the job performance standards of the services and to make arrangements for payment. Any disputes that may arise are between the contractor and the customer.

Payment for premium positions, advertising space, and other sponsored listings will be made in advance. Free listings are for 365 days and may removed for any reason. Paid listings and ad terms are 30 day terms and a monthly subscription may me required. There are no contracts cancel anytime. Refunds for listings only upon request and are prorated from time request is processed.

4. An unanswered call that rings more that 6 times or more.
5. A potential customer leaves a voicemail.
6. A rejected lead that is in your service area and in your scope of service.
7. A repeat customer calling with a new loss more than 30 days from previous claim.
